HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $80. Otherwise shipping ranges from $9.30 - $19.20 depending on the size of your order.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

YES, we do! Just simply select express shipping at checkout. This however does not expedite processing turnaround times. Turnaround remains the same and the shipping process with Australia Post is express, please be mindful that during peak delivery times express shipping may also be delayed and we recommend you check on Australia Post's express times.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE? CAN I COME AND BROWSE?

Unfortunately at this current time we do not have a physical store and it is strictly online only. 

But stay tuned we have something that may excite you.......

WILL BATH BOMBS STAIN MY BATH?

No, however we recommend you clean your bath prior to use. If you do experience staining it is because colourant has stuck to soap scum... you may have thought your bath was clean but it was not. Sorry! If your bath has micro-scratches,  colourant may settle into these scratches.

WILL BATH BOMBS STAIN MY SKIN?

No, if you have let the bath bomb disperse in the water by itself. If you or your child plays with the bath bomb as it disperses then it may stain your skin. But good news... it won't be permanent.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

Yes we do! Please email us at noprobllamaaus@gmail.com for all wholesale enquiries. We are currently working on a look book for everyone wishing to purchase our products wholesale.

DO YOU ONLY SHIP WITHIN AUSTRALIA?

Unfortunately, at this current time we only ship within Australia. To ship to other countries we must comply with the country our products are being sent to which makes it slightly more difficult. Plus we need to ensure our insurance covers our products in that country too.

At the moment we are working to comply with New Zealand's standards so stay tuned.

If you are located in the UK or Canada unfortunately we will never be able to ship our products to you :(

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

Our products are developed with individuals with sensitive and problematic skin as well as little ones. However, we still suggest to patch test as everyone's skin is different.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately no, so please ensure you review your order before purchase and ensure you have adequate funds to afford your order.
