Paw Print - Face Covering
These ARE NOT MEDICAL GRADE they will NOT protect you from direct contact with the virus. But will save you a $200 fine if you live in Melbourne and if you like to touchy touchy your face these masks will help reduce the spread.
If you live in Melbourne or the Mitchell Shire not only is it compulsory to wear a mask when out and about, but is also a great way to help reduce community transmission of this shitty virus 🦠 that has ruined our year 😡
The majority of those with the virus do NOT show any symptoms until it’s too late, so protect yourself and your family. Be proactive and help the fight to extinguish COVID-19 and return to “normal” life (what’s normal again?) as soon as possible.
- 3 layers of fabric as recommended by DHHS (Department of Health and Human Services)made from 100% cotton
- Composition: Outer- Middle - Inner -
- Washable & Reusable
- Kids, teenager and adult sizes
How to wear: Place one loop around a ear and pull the covering across your face and loop around the other ear.
The face covering should cover up to the bridge of your nose and down under your chin.
Small: Recommended for children ages 7-12 (Kids under 12 are not required to wear a mask. But, if they are cooperating and can let you know if they’re having difficulty breathing, then it’s better to be safe than sorry)
Medium: Suitable for teenagers and women. *Women if you have a larger face or if in doubt we recommend sizing up (the large can always be adjusted down).
Large: Suitable for everyone else
How to measure your face to find your suitable size? Using a tape or if you don’t own one a piece of string and a ruler will be satisfactory.
Hold your tape or string from just under the bridge of your nose and down just under your chin and record your measurement. If using a string mark and measure the string using a ruler from the end to where your mark is.
Using this measurement select the mask closest to this. If you are in the middle, upsize.
It is also a good idea to measure from just where your cheek bone ends and across your face to the other side to be sure.
Can’t find a mask big enough? Email us at email@example.com with your measurements, “FACE COVERING” as a subject and the pattern you wish to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate and make a face covering for you.
Need some adjusting? Spin the elastic in the sides around, undo the knot and re-knot smaller or larger, then spin it back around again.
Still too small? You may need to go up a size or replace the elastic with some longer elastic. Try Coles 😉
